Dr. Molly Musman
Dr. Molly Musman grew up in Inverness, and will always be a West Marin girl/country mouse at heart. She has always loved animals, and always loved science, so the logical pairing was inevitable. Marin Academy launched her into a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz (Go Slugs!), where she majored in both Literature and Biology. While in College, she started working as a Veterinary assistant, and then technician. She went on to attend Veterinary school at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. And what an education that was! Not only in Veterinary Medicine, but also in cultural awareness and sensitivity, obtained by living in another country and being the foreigner for a change. She did all of her senior clinical training at the University of Minnesota, and after graduation, went on the complete an Internship in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine at a private specialty hospital in the Bay Area. Dr. Musman’s interests include Internal and Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Musman’s husband is in the Coast Guard, and they recently transferred back home for his work. Dr. Musman has worked in many different kinds of clinics, but finds that general practice and family medicine is her favorite because of the relationships she has formed with her patients’ families. She and her husband have two high energy boys that keep them on their toes. In her spare time (hah!), she enjoys cooking, gardening, camping, and hiking.
